Lauri started at West Hills Animal Hospital in February 2004, initially taking on the role of a part time weekend client services specialist. Her hard work and devotion to the team helped her pave her way to Client Services Manager, a position she has held since March 2007.
Lauri oversees the wonderful staff at the front desk and helps to ensure smooth daily operations up front. She thoroughly enjoys working with our clients and assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have. When she is not at the hospital, she is busy taking care of her own full house; a loving husband, 3 children and 4 dogs.
Amy's passion and care for animals began while working on her Associates in Biology. She worked in Petsmart's Pet Hotel where she managed a team for 7 years. Wanting to continue her devotion for pets, she joined the West Hills team to expand her knowledge and experience. Amy has had many pets of her own from bunnies to jelly fish. She currently cares for her golden retriever Comet, mini bulldog Winston & her 2 rescue kittens Meatball & Cannoli.
Karen has been a member of West Hills Animal Hospital since 1984. She obtained her veterinary technician license from Farmingdale University in 1982 and completed a Bachelor of Science from Brockport University two years later. Karen has played an integral role in the growth of West Hills over the years.
Karen lives with her lovely husband and four children, her bulldog Spike and cat Porsche.
Kristina joined West Hills Animal Hospital in November of 2003. Since joining the team she has held many positions throughout the hospital with her main focus now being on our Human Resources department. Kristina truly enjoys her work at West Hills and loves being a part of such a wonderful group of individuals. Kristina holds degrees in Equine Science and Management. Kristina has been a life long Huntington resident, she lives with her wonderful husband, son & daughter. Kristina also enjoys boating, skiing and photography.
Alayna joined the West Hills Animal Hospital family in February of 2019. Her passions include marketing, and animals - so this was the perfect job for her. Alayna manages all aspects of marketing for the multiple practices. She went to the University of Central Florida and majored in Social Sciences. During her spare time, Alayna works in rescue and takes in small animals that need homes. She currently has a Pointer, a French bulldog, and a Chihuahua.
