West Hills Animal Hospital is conveniently located on Long Island in Huntington, NY. We are proud to serve the pets of both Nassau and Suffolk County. We are fully staffed around the clock, 365 days a year (including all holidays) with veterinarians and nurses to treat your pet when needed. Board-Certified Veterinary Specialists are available for consultations by appointment.

I wish there was more than 5 stars to give this place. Drove all the way down from the Bronx at 9pm at night. Wanted to get a second opinion because a vet was trying to get surgery done on my 3 year old baby. Dr. Jordan Sauer reassured me that my dog didn’t even need the surgery. It was a great relief. The staff was so kind and reassuring. I was out in about an hour. They even called the next day to check up on how she was doing. Definitely worth the drive and will be recommending anyone to this place. I myself will be coming back for any future emergencies. Thank you guys ! My baby is feeling better than ever 💖

Highly recommend for their professionalism, excellent level of care and willingness to take the time to thoroughly explain what to expect in the ensuing few days. Because of West Hills Animal Hospital My precious Lola was able to be here and celebrate the holidays with us. She’s a 15 year old Pomeranian, and when they told me that she could possible die during surgery I thought i was gonna loose my best friend forever. She’s been with me since I’ve been 7 years old and I’ll be 23 in February! Them saving her life with a Pyometra Surgery was the best thing that ever happened to me and probably her. Lol I thinks she’s got 20 more years of life now she’s has so much energy! , but however many I’m grateful because without that emergency surgery she could have been gone in September. Me my mom and dad, Lola we call her “Little Bits” her best friend “Buddy” the terrier are forever Thankful for you all at West Hills from the bottom of our hearts!❤️

Actually me & my dog both love it just as much, he never wants to go home. He loves visiting all his friends there, and I just love being ensured my baby is getting the best care in nyc..I know it cause I been to other places with pets I had before and the outcome wasn’t always so great, so I take the time to drive from Jamaica estates and go to west hills because their service and everything is just beyond satisfactory. Thanks so much guys for everything you do for reign. It’s the only place he been to since I got him at 2 months old and the only place he will ever go :)

They took my new puppy right away for her checkup. They called us in the car informing us of everything they were doing. They set up a vaccine schedule for her as well as going through the process of explaining the training of a puppy. They called when we got home to make sure she was ok with ride home. I would definitely recommend this Veterinary Center to everyone.
